On Monday (18/12/2023), RUMAH ZIS UGM participated in the “UGM MENGABDI: Distribution of Basic Food Packages for Residents Around UGM Campus” event, initiated by the Directorate of Community Service at Universitas Gadjah Mada. In addition to sharing kindness by distributing food packages and health cards, this initiative aimed to strengthen the bond between UGM and the surrounding community, particularly those affected by the construction of UGM Employee Housing in Kocoran Village, Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta.
The distribution of food packages was attended by Dr. Andi Sandi Antonius Tabusassa Tonralipu, S.H., LL.M. (Secretary of Universitas Gadjah Mada) and Dr. dr. Rustamaji, M.Kes. (Director of the Directorate of Community Service at UGM). Also present was Taufikur Rahmah, S.E., M.B.A., Ak., CA., the Operational Director of RUMAH ZIS UGM, who encouraged residents without BPJS health insurance to seek medical treatment at Rumah Sehat and Apotek UGM using the IBUC Health Card provided. The IBUC Health Card (Inspiring Bulaksumur Urban Community) will cover medical expenses for residents free of charge.
